The product description says it's cotton, but doesn't say it's 100% cotton. The label on the masks shows the size and says "Made in the USA". Information on dietary fiber content is not available. They can be 100% cotton or a cotton/polyester blend. They consist of 2 layers of jersey - the inner layer is white and the outer layer is black. The fabric is soft, including the ear loops. The ear loops are comfortable. They gape a bit around my nose - it would be nice if there was a flexible piece of metal so they fit the top rim better. But for about $2.90 a mask (including sales tax), I can't complain.
