We bought this for my son who bought a 32 inch flat screen TV for his room. He needed more space so he decided to wall mount it and we bought this mount because it was reasonably priced and seemed to do what we needed (side to side and up and down and off the wall inclined away). wall.) It arrived quickly and instead of being a great pain to install, it was a breeze! It took maybe 5 minutes to hang it on the wall and get the TV set up and working! It is solidly built and has excellent freedom of movement. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wall mount for their flat screen TV.
