My city requires anchors/drill bits for backyard sheds without mortar (weird I know). My wooden shed (10x10 and attic) was even needed, despite its heaviness. The barn builder was initially reluctant to install them, then charged $400 to have similar augers installed. That's why I chose this one. They were exactly what I needed and met city permit requirements. They were difficult to install, but I put them in place and secured them to the joists. They won't stop the building from moving if the wind is strong enough to move it, but they'll let me close the permit. I would recommend them if you are looking for or need a similar use.
