I used this as a kid when I wanted my hair to grow back. Over the years my hair gets thinner and falls out. I'm so glad it's still helping. It dries my hair a bit but I can live with that as my hair used to be pretty greasy. It doesn't dry out the scalp. I recommend alternating it with your regular shampoo and only using it for a few weeks to months. That's usually how I get the best results.
