Disappointed and just received today
No real connection when I plug it in - it needs to be plugged in the right way and side for both the outlet and the phone, and ONLY TODAY. Disappointed with this product and likely submitting feedback for an update, just make sure the wall outlet end is properly plugged in. The rating is better now but I'm still nervous because my phone gets VERY hot when charging and using this charger.
