Review on Galigeo by David Blackstock
Excellent Customer Service and great for meeting scheduling
I like that it can be used with various platforms, such as Google Maps or Salesforce to provide information about my customers' physical location in real time via their mobile devices! It also works well when using third party applications outside of our own enterprise software platform (SalesForce).
The customer service has been excellent so far - quick replies & helpful guidance from support staff whenever we've had questions/concerns along way! If you're looking into this product then do your research first because there are other products out there which may have better features than what is included here at present but don't just go ahead without doing due diligence regarding pricing models etc. For us specifically though, its primarily being utilized by sales reps who need up-to date info during meetings / appointments, especially if they want GPS tracking capability too!
- This is a feature packed app that can be used for a variety of purposes
- There isn't really anything about it that I dislike (except the limited number of features but even so, there are other add ons which can be purchased see my addendum)
