Review on Evoluent VMDLW VerticalMouse Ergonomic Connection by Ameen Bethea

I'm a 3D modeler and need a smooth glide. The glide pads on this mouse are almost microscopic. As a result, I can't get a smooth glide, and the cursor jumps after each glide hover. Not a big deal when reading a web page, but unacceptable when dealing with vertices and specific pixels. I have owned several Evoluent mice and in every other way this mouse is as good or better than any other model I have owned. I've owned this mouse for over a day, so I can't tell if the primary click lasts more than 2-3 years - the failure rate for Evoluent mice - so I'm searching the market for a mouse. Substitute. I will try the old model.
