I ordered these to add storage above the top shelf in my outerwear closet. They work fine! I was able to store things under the shelves and put a basket with many items on top. Makes my closet better and clearer. Two things to note: you cannot stack them on top of each other. Feet don't align properly to stay on top of the platform below; they slip off. The listing doesn't specifically say they "grow" so I get it, but that limits functionality - they're small. smaller than many other similar shelves at Revain, which is great if you want to place them in a closet or under the sink, but are limited for larger items like shoes or whatever. Be sure to check the measurements and make sure they work for your purposes.
