Review on XTAR Battery Charger Rechargeable Version by Paula Brown

I didn't want to spend on a top of the range Xtar charger. This is a new model, I will try it. The dials show charging voltage and current like the hands of a clock. But I have a DVM if I want to measure the voltage accurately. I really like the rating function. It fully charges each cell and then discharges to a predetermined level. The charger displays the performance of the cell. It then recharges the cell(s) to full capacity. With my 3500mA 18650 it took about a day. You can charge a cell at 3000mA if the charger finds a cell that can handle it. Four 18650s are charged at 1000mA. I didn't have my scope plugged in to see the full charge shutdown. So far the charger is working perfectly. I'm still learning its functions.
