Great Software for managing multiple locations AND Mobile applications
Easy to set up; easy navigation from site A (my) or B/C via mobile device! It is important that you have good management control over what data accesses are granted by users who use it as well - otherwise they can "do things" without any knowledge / understanding how their behavior impacts others in real time!! Very effective tool once fully engaged. Make sure this system has been purchased with strong monitoring controls built-in so there isn't too much reliance just having an app installed & used independently. ! I like the ease of use of the software. It is easy to learn and navigate through the program. There are many modules that you can use, but we haven't found anything that we dislike. We have had success with the customer portal as well as our sales force. We have also used the billing system to help with the collections process.

- All features seem comprehensive while maintaining simplicity which helps reduce learning curve..We've learned about some new ways around creating content such videos etc., however those will require more effort than originally estimated upon development due t o other factors involved.
