Review on Arsvita Bluetooth Cassette Receiver Adapter by Edwin Cen

I give them 5 stars for their customer service as they responded very quickly to my complaint and sent me a new unit because the first one had a static nose. The new one came in a few days. Unfortunately, the new one does the same. I thought it was my tape recorder so I cleaned the tape recorder but the problem persisted. My tapes sound great in my player, so I rule out problems on my end. Adjusting the volume on your cell phone and radio can minimize noise so that you don't hear it on most music tracks. I rate the product 3 stars because it works. But if you're fanatical about your musical sound, this might not be for you. Just the plain truth! UPDATE 9/10/20: Arstiva promised me a full refund but it's been 5 weeks and I haven't received anything, no, zero. I lowered my rating to one star because it's as low as it gets. Buy from this company at your own risk!
