Review on 🏺 Zenith MC10WW Vintage Style Medicine Cabinet in Classic White by Yuan Walsh

This is the second Zenith kit I've bought. The first was purchased through Home Depot about 8 years ago. I don't think they wear it anymore. I had a jar of bug repellent that "exploded" the contents of the bug spray in a cupboard (due to freezing temperatures when the house heating was turned off). I learned that bug spray melts paint - any color. It cannot be scraped, cleaned and repainted. Its oils remain embedded. (Just so you know.) So I searched the internet for an identical replacement and found it. There are a few minor changes from the product I bought 8 years ago. Externally, however, the new model is identical. The installation has changed a little, making it easier to hang. The old model had "pocket holes" on the back of the unit that screws went into the wall and then the unit hung like a picture. However, you had to be very precise when setting the screws in order to get them into the blind holes. The new version allows mounting screws (not included) to be driven into the wall from the front, eliminating the need for precision. You just have to position it exactly where you want it and make sure it's level. This is easier to do with a helper, but I managed it myself with a bit of ingenuity. To save weight, I removed the heavy mirror door before hanging the unit. Since the holes can be marked before mounting (at the front), wall anchors can be mounted if necessary and the device can then be fixed to the wall with the mounted wall plugs. It's very easy. For those who have noticed this unit is difficult to install or don't like the pre-positioned holes, I believe these folks are not home improvement project experts. For the typical do-it-yourselfer, this is an easy installation that requires no bolts (assuming you use some type of anchor, of which there are many). The "fit and finish" of my devices was excellent for both divisions. The fact that there is a mirror both inside and outside the door is a nice feature. Plenty of space inside, with 2 adjustable glass shelves (total 3 shelves to place items). To recap, I liked my first unit so much that when I needed a replacement I decided to buy a second one.
