They leak oil but I don't fill the room with scent

I'm trying to duplicate a diffuser I had from Pier One Imports; smelled strong and wonderful. Until I get the same result with them. I used grapeseed oil with essential oils. It's in the bathroom, so I'd expect better results. Later: I tried almond oil and it still doesn't smell like bath. I'm shopping elsewhere now.
