I'll tell you my story about the Transcend JetFlash 600. Here the reviews for all models are added together, so I immediately say - I had: one flash drive for 16Gb and two for 8Gb (all JF600). In principle, everything has already been written about these flash drives, they are really fast *, it is really better to format them in NTFS *. I had a 16Gb flash drive simple and understandable - recording 13-15, the blue indicator is closer to the USB connector (the indicator lights up for power ON and blinks for writing-reading). Lost. After that bought on 8Gb. The first - on the packaging on the front side in a large black square, the write-read speed is indicated (32/13 or so, I don’t remember) the flash drive itself is made of cheap plastic, there is a burr, the indicator does not shine (more on that later), UltraSpeed is written on the flash drive itself No, it's just written 8Gb. The black sticker on the reverse side without cuts and departs at a time. Recording speed - 15(!). I double-checked ten times, I was sure that it was a fake, the sequential record was 15 (+ -1). It became interesting that with the indicator, maybe I think they reduce the cost of production and simply do not solder, but I will not be too lazy and poke a couple of times with a soldering iron. Dismantled. There is an indicator and it is lit . Red. At the same time, it burns well, for writing, reading does not just blink at a constant interval, but as an HDD indicator, in time with the call. I drilled a hole, and the flash drive only pleased, excellent speed, excellent indicator. But once again disassembling it (I wanted to fill the hole under the indicator with transparent glue), I crushed it somewhere and mechanically broke something (not visible). Does not work any more. I need a flash drive, I went for a new one. 8Gb Second - There is NO box on the package indicating the speed, otherwise everything seems to be the same. The flash drive itself with the inscription UltraSpeed 8Gb, expensive plastic, no flash, the blue edging at the connector is just a feast for the eyes. The indicator is blue, it lights up immediately (R \ W flashes not in time, but at a constant interval). BUT Speed at least kill 9 maximum, after formatting the native OnlineRecovery (without asking for FAT32). NTFS - Write 7.5. It's a shame ppc. So choose by packaging, those where
