This showerhead is great in many ways, but it fails in one key area that is the deciding factor for me. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. It is easy to install and comes with Teflon tape. It took less than 5 minutes to remove the old head and replace it with this one. Pressure and volume are perfect. The rain/air filled flow of each head is invigorating and feels very luxurious. Where this showerhead doesn't work is because of the pattern created by the shape of the showerhead itself. let me explain. Individual nozzles are on a flat surface, not a slightly convex one. Imagine a flat sheet of glass compared to a contact lens. As a result of the flat surface, the nozzle's spray pattern actually converges and becomes more concentrated, rather than spreading outward from the center. When the spray hits your body, it's actually smaller in diameter than the shower head itself, similar to but not as exaggerated as the laser beam that kills the Death Star's planet. I felt like I had to move more to get completely wet. If I make a big circle with the thumb and middle finger of each hand, it's about the same size as the shower head. At a distance of about one meter, the spray jet fits about one and a half centimeters into this circle. If this shower head had a convex shape and emanated a jet diverging from the center, it would be dreamlike. Unfortunately this is not the case and I will have to return it and continue shopping.
