I love that it's so easy for my clients because they can easily print their invoice out or send me an electronic copy! We have been able save time by using this program instead our paper-based process which was very tedious at times & confusing sometimes too! No complaints but maybe more customization would be nice like you could customize colors etc? It is really simple once u figure everything how we want things done - just take some training first before going live though as there are many options/settings available!! Electronic billing has saved us tons off work since its made life easier when sending bills over emails now rather than having them printed then mailing through snail mail service.
