Why UV light?: Magnifying glasses
There is a button for the LED, press once to turn it on, press a second time to turn it off, with the weak UV light on and there you have to press the replace battery because it will be dead when you will use it in 2 weeks. This UV light isn't required or had to be long pressed and it turns on. Turning on after bright white is unnecessary for most people. IMHO
