Laziness factor: HIGH. health factor. HIGH. Everyone wins.
They are great. I use them as motivational snacks. Once a week I chop up a ton of carrots and celery sticks and put them in these containers with some dressing or sauce in a small container so I only have to reach into the fridge when I feel like a snack, crispy, and a small vegetable plate is ready for one! Let's be serious, I will never stop doing what I'm doing and start peeling carrots whenever I feel the urge to eat. I'm almost looking forward to the vegetables, because at least they're already done.
