I'm not an "audiophile " so take that with a grain of salt.
So I bought it to use while gaming on computer. A lot of people advised against it, but to be honest I love these things! I downloaded Razer's virtual surround software so I can still spot other gamers, the sound is pretty good and there's nothing quite like a subwoofer that hits my ears when it explodes. % of the time it only turns on at certain frequencies and the volume needs to be a bit loud for it to work. Other than that, these are amazing headphones for $47. I would recommend them for "fun" listening.
