Review on Camco Protects Furnaces Insects Prevents by Vivek Allen

We use this product on the white exterior of the Dometic Fridge in our 2008 Freelander RV. I found the screens here on Amazon and read the reviews. I then decided to buy them and use them in my own van. What I love most about the Dometic Camco fridge vent is that it fits my vents perfectly. I didn't have to make any adjustments to them. We used the cable ties that came with it. You will receive 3 screens and 6 cable ties. Two for each screen. As mentioned in other reviews you really need 3 per screen. If you want it really really tight, you can use more. With that said, I found 3 zips worked perfectly. I didn't install a third Camco flying insect screen for the Dometic fridge vents on the third vent because I need more zip ties and I need to drill a hole in the last one for my fridge drain hose to go through to drain water from the fridge area. The Camco flight mesh for Dometic fridge vents is well designed and mine went very straight and was easy to attach to the vents. However, if you have large hands and fingers, use tweezers or needle nose pliers to pull through the other end of the zip tie to secure it. I didn't have to do this as I have small hands. My husband has big hands so he would have that too. Make sure to attach the screen to the outside of the refrigerator's white vent cover. We started on the inside and found they didn't fit exactly. We then swapped it out on the outside and they fit perfectly. I really think they should include 9 zip ties instead of 6. Small thin ones like this can be hard to find and wider ones can be hard to install. Overall I am very happy with the Camco Flying Insect Net for Dometic Fridge Vents and hope they protect my fridge compartment from insects etc. I think the Camco flying insect mesh for Dometic fridge vents is a great addition to my old RV and they look very nice. I'm glad I found them and read the reviews.
