OMG that's a good iron, the seller (albertsewing) was even better - included accessories like water tank treatment and a matte lid pad (don't know what it's actually called, that is a metal leg that slides on the bottom of the iron to avoid leaving streaks). Warning, this iron's heat settings range from normal to hellish hot; The manual says you shouldn't stand the iron upside down (where the controls are), meaning the only way to install the iron is to place the iron face down towards the included silicone pad place (as shown in the description picture). This wouldn't be a problem except that the instructions say to heat/steam the iron to temperature #3 or 4. I did this, and within the few minutes I expected to warm up, it got hot enough to fizz and melt the pad. Nothing wrong with that, this iron is fantastic, just be very careful with the heat settings, it doesn't feel like a finished everyday iron.
