This is a fairly hard piece of plastic with a rubberized cover on one side. The plastic corners are pretty sharp cut. The rubber cover was not fully bonded along the entire edge of the plastic. I have a center console with an adjustable cup holder and side vents. This bet fits, but has little leeway. I've added sticky pads around the perimeter of the bottom which completely improves the lid's ability to stay in place. This will work fine now. I may have to go back and re-tap the rubber top, but it's no big deal.
