I like how easy it is to use with all of our systems using different platforms as well as their support team that helps me out if i have any issues or questions. It's very expensive so you will need an account manager who knows your business/industry needs and can help make sure they're aligned properly. If you are looking for something cheap then this may not be right for you but we used them because they had great customer service before switching over other companies. We needed encryption across multiple locations allowing us access from anywhere while still being able to encrypt sensitive information such as credit card numbers when traveling between offices remotely.
