The length is just below the butt and I wish it was a little longer
Every time I wear it I get compliments on how cute it is! Haven't worn it in a downpour yet but it has kept me dry in a light rain. The material is soft and does not make a vinyl raincoat. I'm 5ft 5in, 145lbs, ordered the large and it's roomy enough to wear a sweater underneath. The sleeves are quite long even after the cuffs are on. The length goes right under my butt and I wish it was a bit longer. I love it!
