This is a bi-directional minimum pressure valve; non standard one way check valve
this is not a one way check valve it is a minimum pressure bidirectional valve. It prevents water from entering the rear window washer by gravity alone. Once the washer pump is activated, the pressure exceeds the minimum set by this valve and water flows through the system. Rear window washer jets. This allows the washer fluid reservoir to be almost completely emptied. This valve prevents this problem.
