So I got this as a Christmas present for my brother. When I first got it I was planning on just packing it up and installing it, but figured I should just test it first (mainly because I was curious to see it). So when I plugged it in, it started right away. When I touched the base it did nothing. I emailed them and they said try a different bulb and if that doesn't work let them know. I tried a new lightbulb. Nothing yet. So I emailed them again and they said they would send me a new one for free. Looks like he got here in 2 days! I tested it and everything works great and looks great. Feels like a good piece of iron. nice and hard looks cool af And now I have 2 of them (although one only turns off when you turn it off). Update: Fixed second bug. Now I have 2 for the price of 1!
