Unfortunately I've only had it a year but I'll have to buy another one soon. I only use 4 ports because 3 completely failed me. And none of these 4 ports recognize my drives anymore, only the mouse. I need to buy better quality. Just thought I'd post it there. UPDATE: I didn't have a chance to contact Tendak customer service about my issue which is why I left this previous review. Within 24 hours I was contacted and after 3 days I got a new one! I haven't started using it yet, but very soon. I have to say that their customer service far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
