I like that it is easy for employees who are not in my department, but still want some benefits from PEO such as health care etc., can get them through their payroll office without having me involved at all! It's important we have an accurate system so our paychecks go out correctly every week- otherwise there could be problems with deductions or overpayments if they're too low/high respectively!! We need this because sometimes people forget about signing up when renewing insurance coverage (we do annual renewal).
