This thing doesn't suck! No, but seriously, the thing is excellent quality. It's nice and heavy, seems very well made. The blades are very easy to load and unload. It is cleaned like new after each use. For reference, I'm a woman who uses this for legs and armpits. This is my first experience with a safety razor and I've heard they need a bit of learning so I was really nervous trying to give it a try. To be honest I feel like I'm holding and using it very much like a disposable razor. I will say that you must be sure that your skin is lathered well or you will severely burn yourself with a razor. I originally chose this because it's a more eco-friendly option than disposable razors and blades. The purchase costs for the pen are also amortized very quickly, since the blades are very cheap. I shave great with them and I don't think I'll ever want to go back to disposable blades.
