The drawer, for lack of a better term, for the oven use does not fit well and has gaps. It also does not close securely. The toaster is larger than needed and could easily fit a whole (not just half) bagel in the slot! I love most Ninja products, but this one seems to hit way below the mark. I opened it, looked it over, removed the packing, and immediately after seeing the way the oven drawer was so bad, re-packed it and sent it back.Bigger is not always better. I'm still using my HB All-in-One toaster oven that I've had for 15 years, and if they still had the same model would buy it again only because mine is looking a little old, even though it still works perfectly.
