This sensor fits my 1999 CAMRY LE and was confirmed at the time of ordering. After installing the product, the temperature gauge on the dashboard immediately read "Overheating" while the actual coolant temperature was in a healthy green zone! I swapped out another manufacturer's sensor and the "problem" was resolved. The bad experience here is that I cannot return a faulty sensor as the sealed plastic bag it came in says returns are not allowed once opened. It looks like a cheap gimmick to sell a product that might have a high bounce rate. After this experience I have to advise against this topic.
