Received 2 days ago and put to use immediately. At first it heats up normally and the light goes out as it should. But literally after a couple of hours, the iron began to heat up more slowly, and the steam setting indicator didn't go out at all. It's still getting hot, but I think I'll have to replace it. UPDATE: Ok ready to give 4 stars just for excellent customer service. The product is still working, just a bit slow, but they offered a discount if I wanted to keep it. Also, they responded within HOURS after I contacted them. I can live with slow heating irons and really appreciate the great service!
