Review on ๐ŸŒฟ Greenworks 24V Brushless Cordless Stick Vacuum - Lightweight and Efficient with LED Lights and USB-C Battery (Green) by Nikki Castro

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good cleaning and decent battery life.

- Full power: 9 mins - Half power: 18 mins - Low power: 45 mins - Charging time: about 30 mins Weight: Heavier than some. ADVANTAGES: - Can run up to 45 mins - Approximately 30 mins fully charged - Multiple attachments - Floor brush works really well - Battery can be replaced with other Greenworks devices - Charging head with battery inserted can charge USB devices. (Image with status highlighted in green.) CONS: - The battery can be installed for 30 minutes before charging. CONS: (Compared to choice of Revain, Eureka.) - Expensive - Bulky battery and charger. - The battery must be removed for charging. - Much louder due to the strong howling. I have the Eureka which is $200 less and is very similar but much lighter. This doesn't mean it's heavy per se, but you may notice a difference in weight due to the battery and power adapter. (They say it weighs 5 pounds, while the Eureka feels like 3 pounds.) However, the Eureka lacks a number of tools and can only run for 30 minutes at most. at low performance. Cleans quite well, but not as thoroughly as this Greenworks. If you need deeper cleaning, this can handle it. For now, we choose Greenworks for its small size, weight, maneuverability and wireless connectivity. I love that the charger shows the charge time and the power bank shows the remaining runtime in each power mode, both in minutes left. Being able to charge it in about 30 minutes is a definite plus, and my Eureka can't do that. I was very surprised to see how much it removed from my carpet even though I cleaned it with my Eureka the day before. My trash can had picked up quite a bit of it. This has a lot to do with how the brushes on the floor nozzle work. You use a pair of real brushes along with a hard rubber brush (pictured). This, combined with the increased suction power of this machine, really showed in the bin. It was on full power so I emptied the trash can and ran through the other area on low power. I could still hear the brushes sweeping everything and after a few minutes I checked the trash can. It was enough even at low power. The only problem I had after using it at full power was that the battery got a bit warm. When I went to charge it I couldn't. I had to let it cool down for about 30 minutes. Multiple attachments are good, especially if you have the option of attaching them directly to your head and using it as a handheld vacuum. Ideal for cars, stairs and hard-to-reach places. There is also a round surprise brush. You can use the end of the stick as a crevice tool or press the button and pull out a real brush for 2 tools in one (pic). Another nice feature is that you can attach the devices you use most, or all, to the mounts as long as they each hold 2 items and can be slotted onto a stick for easy access. The wall charger also has space for 2 items (pictures). It does not come with a stand as shown, but with a traditional wall mount. USB charging is good, but I don't really see much use in it. (Most people have multiple chargers or batteries.) It gets very bulky but can be used as a last resort. All in all I think this might be my quick pick. It's about half the price compared to many other brands with similar features. Compared to the popular Revain Eureka that I own, it's $200 more expensive.
