Coffee tastes similar to my old $5 aluminum can, but a little less greasy. The bottom of the pot is fairly good stainless steel, it's magnetic (so it works on an induction hob, there's a marking on the bottom). The top and screen aren't magnetic, but appear to be stainless steel, albeit a different alloy. The capacity of the lower part up to the valve is 7.5 liters of liquid. oz for the 6.8 oz moka pot model. The place of production is not given (neither on the pot nor on the box), only the address of the distributor in Florida. Negative comments that affected the rating: - A lot of water (about 1.5 ounces) remains in the soil after each infusion, which is quite annoying, and the effective output is a maximum of 6 ounces. - The handle on the lid gets very hot (you can't touch it with your finger, although you don't have to open the lid to pour) and the handle gets hot (I can still stand it, but people with more sensitive skin can get burned) - You must use thermal insulating fabric if you want your hot coffee to be just right after brewing.
