I like that it gives me options of what type/length my break should be as well as how long i can spend doing them in between actual working hours! It also makes sure your not sitting down all day which helps with overall health but does help when making meetings or presentations later at night!! Nothing really - seems great so far :) looking forward t seeing more updates! Have been able to go from an hour lunchtime walk around campus every week up until now (now about 2 weeks) have had no issues after taking one last time this past weekend during our final presentation meeting before project launch.
This system has been very easy to use and it makes my day go so much smoother when I am in meetings or working at home! It also helps me stay more active throughout my day which always feels good after sitting all day. There are no downsides that i can think of but if there were an option to have different types of workouts available would be nice. I highly recommend this product! Easy to use and great price point!!
