NOT heat resistant! Melted on first use!

Comb appears to be static resistant but NOT AT ALL heat resistant despite what the description says! It started melting as soon as I started using the iron. I have other Diane brand heat resistant combs and they work like advertised. I would never buy it unless it was advertised as heat resistant as I need it for the comb method when straightening my hair.
