Everything is fine. I think it would be better with stronger magnets as it took a few tries to keep it from moving when tightened. Maybe a little more pressure on the rubber would help too. The magnets were the most noticeable problem I had. I would prefer magnets that would almost stick the thing to my vise. Again, the problem may be with the metal used in my vise. The price was reasonable for what I got so it was a steal for a tool I don't intend to use often and it ended up doing the job.
