This is how I got used to working as a barista in Seattle, where I had to complete a two-week coffee-making course. I really learned a lot. And this coffee can gets high marks from me. This is the first time I've seen a canister that solves these issues and also tracks the age of your coffee beans because it matters. Fresh coffee beans need to be treated differently than old ones. You can still get a great cup of coffee with two- and three-week-old beans. I love the design of this bowl, it's really elegant and fun to use in the kitchen. It also comes with two other filters that you can replace. And a measuring spoon. The problem is that I'm not quite sure how often to change filters and where to get additional filters. But overall, this canister allows you to get the most out of your coffee beans. It would be helpful to keep a coffee taste diary daily so you know how to prepare it in the future. When the coffee beans in our coffee shop got too old, we usually used them for cold brewing. So if you know your coffee is too old, you can use it for other purposes without having to throw it away. I highly recommend this coffee pot.
