From the width it was accurate but the lenth was just short . It would fold from the back and would just make it uncomfortable.This a great start though, then I would recommend a more expensive one after this because the metal comes off easily and didn't like that at all. I lost 4 pounds in two weeks because it would make me suck in my stomach and make me full easier.
