Smaller than I wanted it to be. I wear a medium in shirts so I should've got a large because the belt felt a small and it was a medium.

This photo shows a clincher that is long enough to cover the belly button and hips. I am 5'7 with a long torso and it doesn't even reach my hips! Trying to put it on made me look fat even though I have a flat stomach. This thing is TINY. To give you an idea, my waist is 28 and my hips are 34" -i'm a dress size 6 and this thing wouldn't even close in a size medium. Imagine cutting the image shown in half and thats what the thing I got in the mail looked like.

It doesn't look at all like what u see on here and is very small. It doesn't cover your whole stomach Very cheap material it started breaking with in te 2nd week..

It's not as shown in pic. isn't as long as that looks. one reason i ordered it was because it was supposed to be long. from breast to hip.

Its fine , ive been wearing it since i got it about 2 days not sure if it will reduce my stomach fat or what but im just hoping it will work .The problem is that it makes me wanna scratch my stomach and my back . I wear a shirt under it but still makes my skin itchy .The good thing is that i can wear tight shirts and i don have to worry about my stomach hanging around.I bought the medium size by chance and it fits well .

The material is really strong it doesn't bother me in anyway during the day.I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a waist trainer. Works good, good hold. It was too short for my torso, would cause a roll under my chest area. ordered one that had a few more inches in length that fit great, would recommend to people with short waists.

If I could give this zero stars I would it fit me but made me look deformed and fat waste of time and money That's my feedback.

From the width it was accurate but the lenth was just short . It would fold from the back and would just make it uncomfortable.This a great start though, then I would recommend a more expensive one after this because the metal comes off easily and didn't like that at all. I lost 4 pounds in two weeks because it would make me suck in my stomach and make me full easier.

Very comfy but when you sit it doesn't smooth out rolls. Maybe I should've gotten a smaller size. Not long enough. It stretches out when you wear it. Put it on 3 times since I got it in the mail and I feel like it doesn't hold its shape.

I was very nervous about ordering a medium but when I put it on it was a little big, however, I am someone who has done a lot of corseting and my body may just be used to it. I am a size small tshirt so I figured a medium would work. I wish I would've gotten an extra large. It is very small. I tried wearing it for awhile and just ended up forgetting about it because of the pain. Buy a size that is at least three sizes bigger than your usually and you should be okay.
