later This heater works fine if you connect the wires to a 12v power supply capable of delivering 10 amps, but there is no wiring diagram or instructions in the kit or in the product description or pictures. The description also says "This system allows you to automatically adjust the heat output." but I don't see how that can be done as there are no knobs or controls on the unit to set the temperature you want, and no instructions either. As far as I can tell, just connect the fan and heater wires to a 12V power supply and it just runs constantly and produces a constant amount of heat. It seems that there is no built-in temperature control. I am giving 3 stars due to the lack of a diagram or instructions and the misleading part "automatic heat output control" in the description.
