Update my previous review. When I received the two panda piggy banks I ordered, I bought a set of new batteries. However, none of the boxes did what they were supposed to. Panda said hello but there was no movement. The seller's customer service team was very active, patient and responsive to help me resolve the issue. As it turned out, the batteries I bought locally must have been defective. At her suggestion I bought another set of batteries from another store and now both boxes worked. They're cute and pretty well made for what they are. It doesn't fit a lot of loose change, but it's a fun way for kids to collect the loose change they find. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a way to turn the voice on or off at will and only have it move when you prefer.
