I wrote a review about it but for some reason I can't find it. First, it's not 300 DPI. So no, it's not better than other brands, it's the same. At least it's cheaper, but that's false advertising. To be honest I liked it at first but now it's a pain! Settings really suck! Barcodes sometimes get weird and don't print properly. You can always center your print, you just have to be lucky. And there is also an annoying squeak! Yes, we know we need to load paper! stop screaming like that! There must be a better way to fix this! Now it's too late for a return I think! But I have a little regret leaving it if there is a better one that doesn't beep. But I just had to get it because it looks good and was cheaper than a roller blind. To be honest I would be ok with a partial refund because it's not that bad and does the job. However, it doesn't have to be $150. I see they lowered the price!
