SAVWAY Provides Poor Customer Service and Quality

I had a terrible experience with SAVWAY despite being a seasoned DIY pro. Despite having a user-friendly website, the tools I received were of poor quality, and several of them were damaged when they arrived. My interactions with their customer support were rude and ineffective, and they blamed me for not paying for nicer packing when I contacted them. I anticipated receiving better service and better items from SAVWAY as a devoted customer. Unfortunately, I am unable to suggest them to other DIY enthusiasts because of their poor customer service and product quality.
