I've noticed that this cement doesn't deliver hardener in an even ratio. It initially releases much more hardener than the resin. This causes the dispensing nozzle to clog very quickly, as the cement hardens in less than a few minutes. After a while, the amount of hardener coming out will be more reasonable and the working time will be reasonable. I found the curing time varied from a few minutes to half an hour depending on how dark the mix was. If I had to use this material in the future I would: 1. Make sure the dark mixture doesn't linger in the nozzle for more than a minute. 2. Be ready to pump cement into the holes as soon as possible. 3. Note that a very light mix will take longer to set but will eventually harden if the mix contains some hardener. Dosing issues aside, this is fascinating stuff. It is very strong and integrates well with cement. It can be shaped.
