Review on WOW24-7 by Craig Rossman

I like that it is easy enough so people who are just starting out can use them! Also they offer live help which makes things easier since we do not have time at work/school all day long but still need answers fast!! Sometimes when someone calls with questions about our products there seems confusion between what their asking vs whats actually being offered? The service helps us respond faster than before by having an online store as well where users will be able find more information if needed without needing assistance from other staff members (which takes up valuable resources).
