. This thing, like the Oontz XL and Sony BTX300, gets LOUD for its size. With my iPhone in Bluetooth mode it sounded great with clean clear highs and YES it had great bass. It was so good I thought it would be a tie, which I would keep. I wanted to leave Sony as it has 3 stereo modes so for music you can either get a full midrange punch for a party, great bass punch or super spatial surround sound. But Sony lost with Line-In. Muvo is just as loud with Line-In as it is with Bluetooth. So WATCH those of you in the hotel room next door, my travel movies on the computer just played live. It's big (Oontz is smaller and Sony is the same length but smaller) but lighter than the other two and if you're looking for Bluetooth music streaming this is fine for an indoor party, it's LOUD LOUD LOUD . And it STAYS LOUD with a line-in where others dial down volume and clarity. It's so loud that you don't want to sit right in front of it at full volume. You can take it outside and the neighbors can hear it on their TV. .I ended up wanting to keep Oontz for its size, but this thing overwhelmed it so much I had to let Oontz' "line-in" weaknesses confuse it.
