Bottle? didn't break (fwoo), doesn't hold up in my opinion, is a pump better for hand soap? cheaper plastic, came broken but the company offered to fix the broken pumps appearance? Comes with built in small black label, glass mist with residue so prepare to clean it like any other bathroom surface. I think it's not enough to justify its use - from an environmental point of view (unless you plan to add a special homemade product). I also think the pump is cheap and doesn't take the wear and tear. , and it is difficult to pour thick liquids into it because of the neck of the bottle. I've put three because I think most of the issues I'm having stem from the fact that the size just isn't for me and I don't think these bottles are particularly competitive in an expanding market
