Review on Pims Contract Management by Malik Axmed
Very useful for those who need multiple document types
I like that it allows me to create contracts very easily by searching through my database which saves time over creating from scratch each one individually! The system itself sometimes crashes so takes longer than expected but this can be fixed quickly enough when needed if you are quick at typing in your computer code or doing something else.
If anything i find its best feature would have more templates because they're not as wide spreaded out around. However just make sure u know how to use it well otherwise there's nothing wrong really other then maybe too much choice about what template/template type to choose? Its great to keep everything within one place rather than having different documents saved up all together.
Pros
- Also helps with our sales team keeping track who has made an order already allowing them access later down th line also reducing errors such forgetting people orders due dates getting lost..etc
