Nice set. The chair is very durable, as is the table. This is a great place for my son to come home and do his homework. The table is not finished but protected by some kind of seal. The chair, while comfortable, is still plump so the child doesn't loaf around in the chair. It's small, so ideal for small spaces, but big enough for paperwork, and a cup holder/pen holder will come in handy. If your child needs more space, I would buy a trolley that they can pull out and store away. That worked well for us. The blue is amazing. It's easy to assemble. I don't think the markers come off the table easily, so I've marked them with an asterisk.
